We’re so glad you chose The Oasis for your stay! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for you and future guests, please take a moment to review our house rules.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

We use this time to reset the house with care. Early arrivals and late departures may be available with advance notice and are subject to a fee.

🏡 General Conduct

No parties or events unless disclosed and approved before booking.

👥 Occupancy & Guests

Max 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Exterior cameras are in use for guest safety and rule compliance.

👤 Age Requirement

Primary guest must be 25 or older unless otherwise approved in writing before check-in.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 11 PM–8 AM (Sun–Thurs), 12 AM–7 AM (Fri–Sat). Please respect neighbors—this is a residential area.

🐾 Hey Pup, Welcome to The Oasis

All dogs are welcome here—no size limits, no breed restrictions, and yes, we’re totally cool if you bring a sibling or two. 🐶

Your human will be charged a pet fee of $40 per night, per dog, with a maximum of $250 per stay. That fee is collected on the day of booking. Once your stay is booked, have your human send us your names so we can get the welcome committee (aka the treat jar) ready.

  • 🛋️ You’re allowed on the furniture—just have your human use a blanket, please!

  • 🐶 If your human leaves you home alone, be a good pup and stay in your crate.

  • 💩 Potty outside? Great! Just remind your human to pick up after you.

  • 🐾 Sorry kitties—dogs only, unless your human gets special approval.

  • 🦮 While outdoors, please stay on a leash unless you're in a fenced area—it's for your safety and our neighbors' peace of mind.

Need anything? We’ve stocked the house with dog-friendly amenities like bowls, towels, blankets, poop bags, and more so you feel right at home. 🦴

🚭 Smoking & Vaping

No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking only, away from doors/windows. Use designated container. $500 fine for violations.

🌿 Marijuana & Illegal Drugs

No marijuana or illegal drugs on the property by any guest. Violations = $500 fine & removal without refund.

📸 No Commercial Use

Commercial photo or video shoots are not allowed without written permission from the host.

🚫 Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind—including prostitution—is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

🔐 Weapons Policy

Guests must provide written notice and receive host consent before booking. Approved firearms must be securely stored. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

💥 Prohibited Items

No explosives, fireworks, hazardous materials, or dangerous items allowed anywhere on the property.

🚗 Parking Policy

Driveway fits 3 cars. Street parking OK. Don’t block neighbors or park on the lawn. Lock vehicles and don’t leave valuables inside.

🧾 Guest Responsibility for Damage or Loss

We understand that accidents happen—if something breaks, please let us know. A chipped mug or broken glass is no big deal, and we’d love the chance to replace it before the next guest arrives.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury during their stay. Please report any accidents or issues immediately. Unreported damages may result in additional charges.

🛡️ Security

Our homes have motion-activated exterior cameras for your safety. 📹 There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

🌐 Wi-Fi & Streaming

Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Connection may vary. No refunds for outages. Use your own logins for streaming.

🐜 Pest Control

We maintain regular pest control, but palmetto bugs and other pests may appear in this tropical climate. Let us know if anything seems unusual.

📝 Rental Agreement & ID

Primary guest must complete a rental agreement and submit ID verification as part of the reservation process.

📘 Agreement to House Rules
 Booking a reservation confirms your agreement to all house rules. Violations may result in cancellation, fees, or partial/full loss of your deposit, and liability for any associated damages. 

🛁 Hot Tub Guidelines

We want you to relax and enjoy the hot tub during your stay at The Oasis! To keep it safe and sparkling for everyone, please follow these simple tips:

  • 🚿 Rinse off before soaking

  • 👶 No children under 12

  • 🧴 No added products (soaps, oils, salts, etc.)

  • 🍹 No glass—we’ve provided acrylic drinkware

  • 🚭 No smoking or vaping in the hot tub area

  • 🛑 Replace the cover when not in use

If the hot tub is misused or requires extra cleaning, a fee may apply—but we trust you’ll treat it with care.

🌦️ Refunds & Weather

The Oasis is a year-round coastal retreat—and sometimes, nature has plans of its own.

We do not offer refunds for weather events, power or internet outages, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. That said, we’ll always do what we can to support your stay.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially during hurricane season or if you're traveling from a distance.

🧼 Cleaning & Care

A one-time cleaning fee covers professional cleaning after your stay.

We simply ask that The Oasis be left in good condition—no need for perfection, just basic care and respect for the space.

🔑 Access & Entry

Your stay includes keyless entry with a personalized door code, which we’ll send to you prior to check-in. Easy and contact-free!

If for any reason the smart lock fails and we issue a backup key, please return it at checkout. Lost keys may result in a replacement fee.

The Oasis was designed with sun-soaked mornings, salty air, and slow days in mind—a place to relax, recharge, and feel at ease.

  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM

  • Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher

  • Towels: Leave used towels in the bathroom hamper

  • Beds: No need to make them

  • Trash: Take trash to outdoor bins

  • Doors & Windows: Please close and lock everything

  • Hot Tub: Cover securely if used
